The postgraduate degree course Management per le funzioni di coordinamento nell'area delle scienze infermieristiche, ostetriche e infermieristiche pediatriche trains healthcare professionals with the necessary skills for effective coordination management in the field of nursing.
The programme is structured into lessons distributed over two semesters and includes a theoretical and practical traineeship to be carried out at an affiliated facility.
The aim of the postgraduate degree course is to:
- develop skills in management techniques, staff planning and organisation strategies
- provide an in-depth understanding of healthcare and business organisation and economy, with a focus on healthcare service management
- offer essential knowledge to manage healthcare services, particularly those provided by nursing, midwifery and paediatric nursing staff
- train professionals capable of optimising resources and supervising specific sectors within healthcare organisations, applying organisational analysis and management control in healthcare facilities
- teach the use of effectiveness and efficiency indicators to monitor and improve healthcare services
- provide skills to identify environmental risks and design safety measures in the workplace
- develop IT skills for managing digital systems in healthcare facilities.
Career opportunities
Graduates can find employment as coordinators in the field of nursing, midwifery and paediatric nursing within public or private healthcare and social care facilities.

Tuition fee reductions are available for 8 students, awarded based on income and merit criteria.
