The postgraduate degree course provides specialised training on the technological aspects of decentralised diagnostics, known as PoCT (Point-of-Care-Testing), which is an innovative model that is becoming increasingly popular in the medical and surgical fields and in community-based contexts.

Students acquire specific training on the latest communication theories, which are essential for interacting with the various professional figures involved in managing PoCT equipment. They also acquire the necessary skills to develop and manage technological innovation projects involving the implementation of decentralised analysis systems.

The postgraduate degree course, also through theoretical-practical traineeship activities, allows students to acquire:

  • knowledge of the main analytical technologies used in PoCTs
  • knowledge of the role of PoCTs in the landscape of laboratory diagnostics across different contexts, in accordance with the principles of evidence-based medicine.

1750 € payable in 3 instalments

  • 700 € no later than 15 December 2024
  • 700 € no later than 15 April 2025
  • 350 € no later than 15 June 2025

Auditors: 875 € in a single installment

Tuition fee reductions are available for 5 students, awarded based on income and merit criteria.
