The postgraduate degree course deepens knowledge and develops the practical skills necessary to apply environmental and workplace safety regulations. In particular, it focuses on monitoring, evaluation, and integrated risk management for health and safety, related to physical, chemical, and biological factors. Furthermore, it provides the fundamentals needed to understand quality management systems.

he training programme is designed to train professionals capable of working in public oversight bodies, such as the Prevention Departments of Local Health Authorities or National and Regional Environmental Protection Agencies, as well as in private consulting bodies. These professionals will be able to carry out instructional activities, in collaboration with other technical-healthcare experts, aimed at granting technical-healthcare and technical-environmental authorisations.

The postgraduate degree course offers the following job opportunities:

  • RSPP qualification: the GIRSSAL postgraduate degree course, for those entering the training programme with the requirements of Addetto al Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione (art 32, D.Lgs. 81/2008 s.m.i. and Accordo Stato Regioni 128/csr of 7/7/2016), allows students to obtain the qualification of RSPP for all ATECO sectors.
  • Health, Safety and Environment Manager: the postgraduate degree course meets the five thematic areas envisaged by the UNI 11720:2018 standard, i.e. organisational-management area, legal-administrative area, technical area in the field of workplace safety, occupational health and in environmental matters, which serve as prerequisites for taking the official HSE Manager exam as required by regulations.
  • Workplace Health and Safety Trainer: pursuant to the Ministerial Decree of 6 March 2013, the postgraduate degree course includes the ‘24-hour trainer-training course’, which, together with one of the criteria listed in the aforementioned Ministerial Decree (which must already be possessed by students), allows for the recognition of the qualification of ‘Workplace Health and Safety Trainer’.
  • Designer and First-party Lead Auditor for environment, safety and quality schemes: the postgraduate degree course grants the First Party Lead Auditor certificate for environment, safety and quality schemes.

3500 € payable in 3 instalments

  • 1400 € no later than 21 January 2025
  • 1100 € no later than 15 April 2025
  • 1000 € no later than 15 June 2025

Auditors: 1000 € in a single installment

Tuition fee reductions are available for 4 students, awarded based on income and merit criteria.
