The postgraduate degree course in Food Quality Management and Communication is designed for individuals seeking to develop advanced managerial skills in the agri-food, catering and business sustainability sectors.
The programme focuses on crucial areas such as quality management, innovation and communication, and it is divided into three training pathways:
- Food management - trains professionals capable of managing food, quality, safety, communication, and sustainability aspects in an integrated and synergistic way.
- Catering executive management - trains highly qualified professionals in restaurant management.
- Food sustainability management - trains professionals who can integrate sustainability into corporate governance decisions and communication models within food companies.
The postgraduate degree course includes the course for Lead auditors on Quality and Safety Systems, as well as exercises, business games, role-playing and the case study analysis.
The aim is to create long-term synergies with companies in the food, catering, and green economy sectors.
Career opportunities
The postgraduate degree course trains professionals to become Food Managers, Catering Executive Managers and Food Sustainability Managers, with career opportunities in the following sectors:
- marketing and communication;
- production, quality management and safety;
- sustainability and circular economy at various business levels.

Auditors: 3200 € in a single installment
Tuition fee reductions are available for 8 students, awarded based on income and merit criteria.
