Events with companies and organisations

Throughout the year, the Career Service organises various events with companies and external organisations to introduce students and recent graduates to the world of work.

Career day

Career days involve meetings and interviews with companies from various sectors, designed to promote career orientation and placement for students and recent graduates with different educational profiles.
During these events, companies give short presentations in order to introduce themselves, explain the profiles they are looking for and answer questions from attendees. They also have a stand where, in addition to providing information, they conduct actual job interviews. There is also a Career Service stand, which offers career counselling and CV checking services.

How to partecipate

Participation is reserved for students and graduates of the University of Pisa, regardless of their course of study. For organisational reasons, it is necessary to register for the event on the Career Center portal, where you can consult the pages of the participating companies and the job vacancies for which you can apply. When conducting interviews, priority will be given to those who applied through the portal.
However, the event is open to everyone, whether attending out of curiosity or seeking career or academic guidance.

Seminars and in-depth studies

In addition to Career Days, seminars and in-depth study days are organised with the participation of experts and graduates from the University on specific topics or professional sectors, such as the cycle ‘Umanisti e mondo del lavoro’ or ‘Le carriere internazionali’. The aim is to provide a broad overview of different career opportunities, also covering non-corporate areas.
