The Gender Balance is a document that analyses and describes the gender situation within the University, highlighting the distribution of women and men in various academic and administrative areas, and their participation in management roles. This tool enables the monitoring of the University’s initiatives to promote gender equality and assess its impact, including in terms of dedicated financial resources.
