Assegnazione delle borse di mobilità

È pubblicata, con prot. n. 43603 del 30/03/2022, l'aggiunta al verbale del 14/03/2022 (verbale prot. n. 35230), in seguito a una nuova riunione con cui la Commissione giudicatrice ha esaminato la documentazione pervenuta e assegnato le borse di mobilità.

Per mezzo del Programma Erasmus+ KA107 International Credit Mobility, l’Università di Pisa vuole agevolare la cooperazione con le istituzioni straniere ed incrementare gli scambi internazionali.

Per questo è stata indetta una procedura di selezione per assegnare n. 54 borse di mobilità, riservate al personale docente ed ai ricercatori dell’Università di Pisa, per lo svolgimento di un periodo di insegnamento presso una delle Università partner dei progetti di mobilità internazionale in corso (l’elenco è dettagliato nell’allegato 1 del bando).

Scadenza del Bando:

28 febbraio 2022, alle ore 12.00

Possibili beneficiari:

Professori ordinari; Professori associati; Professori a contratto; Ricercatori (tutti questi soggetti devono prestare servizio presso l’Ateneo sia al momento della partecipazione al bando che al momento dello sviluppo della mobilità)

Periodo di svolgimento e durata:

le mobilità dovranno concludersi entro il 31/07/2022. La mobilità dovrà prevedere una durata minima di 5 giorni lavorativi (esclusi i giorni di viaggio) all’interno dei quali dovrà essere sviluppato un programma di docenza che preveda un minimo di n. 8 ore di insegnamento

Finanziamento della mobilità:

il personale docente riceverà un contributo alla mobilità che coprirà i costi di viaggio e soggiorno all’estero. Tale contributo è specificato per ogni destinazione nell’allegato 1 al presente Bando. Tale contributo deve intendersi come un rimborso per le missioni fuori sede, per cui sarà gestito secondo il vigente regolamento di Ateneo e le nuove modalità informatiche per l’autorizzazione e rimborso delle missioni.

The university system internationalisation is one of the goals the University of Pisa aims to achieve fostering some activities such as signing agreements with EU and non-EU universities, providing education in English, awarding joint/double degrees and enhancing services for international students.

Unipi encourages the internationalisation process, inter alia, through institutional visits to partner universities and to other universities which can develop new partnerships, as well as the participation in international fairs arranged by the several agencies/recruitment companies to promote the universities' educational activity for students interested in studying abroad.

Since March 2020 the Covid-19 pandemic has, however, considerably determined a significant change also in this field imposing restrictions and difficulties in travelling on the one hand, and spreading the use of ever smarter and more accessible digital technologies on the other. International fairs have, indeed, become major online events; exhibitors' stands have given way to virtual spaces that visitors can visit at any time and on any device; meetings between exhibitors and visitors have taken the form of online appointments.

In 2023 Unipi attended / will attend the following fairs among others:

• Kazakhstan, International Education Fair 2023, Atyrau, 15 March 2023 and Aktau, 16 March 2023
• Turkey, International Education Fairs, Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir, from 16 to 23 March 2023
• Albania, Studiare in Italia 2023 - Tirana, 24 and 25 March 2023
• USA, Nafsa 2023 - Washington, from 30 May to 2 June 2023

• EXCHANGE STUDENT PROGRAMME IN THE FRAME OF BILATERAL AGREEMENTS MOBILITY (NOT ERASMUS MOBILITY)

Once enrolled on the ALICE portal as a FREE MOVER PROGRAMME STUDENT or as an EXCHANGE PROGRAMME STUDENT in the frame of a bilateral exchange programme which is NOT ERASMUS) please write an e-mail to Questo indirizzo email è protetto dagli spambots. Per il rilascio della Carta dello studente gli studenti internazionali devono seguire procedure diverse a seconda della categoria a cui appartengono.

Issued to all enrolled students until the academic year 2019/20, the University booklet is a student identification document valid within the University.

The booklet provides students’ personal details, degree programme, activities and marks of the exams passed.

Students must pay the greatest attention to their booklet’s integrity, as they are responsible for it.

In the event of loss, students must immediately inform the public security authorities and the University.

Starting from the academic year 2020/21 the paper booklet is not issued anymore.

Traineeship transcript

If requested by the degree programmes (healthcare area), starting from January 2022 the traineeship transcript will be sent to the address the 2022/23 enrolled students provided on the section “Recapito Documenti” (Document Delivery) of the Alice web portal while for the degree course in Medicine and Surgery only, the shipment will take place in May 2023.

Duplicate of the university booklet and traineeship transcript

The duplicate of the university booklet/traineeship transcript must be requested exclusively through the Virtual Desk of the Student Affairs Office, according to the following procedure:

• connect to http://sportellovirtuale.unipi.it
• log in the personal area with Alice web portal username and password
• click on “Apertura nuovo ticket” (Application for a new assistance request)
• enter in the 'Title' field: "rilascio del duplicato del libretto universitario/tirocinio”
• fill in the form and attach it to the application for a new assistance request, along with the mandatory scanned copy of theft or loss report
• in the section "Tasse” (Fees) of the Alice web portal, the duplicate fee of € 15.00 will be available within 2 working days from the application submission. This fee is never refundable
• check the application status to know the booklet’s shipping day. The availability of the new booklet will be notified not by e-mail but on the Virtual Desk.

Students are not allowed to self-certify the loss or theft of their university booklet/traineeship transcript. In these events it is mandatory to submit the theft or loss report to the competent Police Headquarters or use the following websites to submit the relevant report online:

• https://extranet.carabinieri.it/DenunciaWeb/Default.aspx (site for online reporting at the Carabinieri)
• https://www.denunceviaweb.poliziadistato.it (site for online reporting at the State Police).

Students are not allowed to physically collect the duplicate, as it will be mailed to the address provided in the form.

A Welcome Conference will be held at Polo Carmignani on 20^th February at 7:00 pm to kick off the Welcome week.

Dal 20 al 28 Febbraio si tiene a Pisa la Welcome Week Erasmus Students 2022/2023, una settimana ricca di eventi per accogliere gli studenti Erasmus.

Il programma è organizzato dall’associazione Erasmus Student Network, riconosciuta dall’Agenzia Nazionale Erasmus+ come partner ufficiale per la promozione del Programma Erasmus, in collaborazione con l’Università di Pisa. 
L’evento è uno dei frutti della convenzione che Erasmus Student Network e Università di Pisa hanno stipulato per l’organizzazione di attività relative al programma Erasmus.

Apre la settimana la Welcome Day in cui si svolgerà la Conferenza di Benvenuto presso L’Aula Magna del Polo Carmignani il 20 febbraio alle 19:00. Inoltre, è previsto un pranzo offerto da UNIPI che si svolgerà giovedì 23.
