Women on Italian corporate boards: 4 years after the introdction of a new law

• What are the main effects of the gender quota law implementation?
• How have the dynamics of the boardroom changed due to women’s representation?
• How can women use opportunities offered by the gender quota law?
• How do men and women perceive the gender-balanced board?
• How can we avoid criticisms and problems arising from a strong regulation?
• What can we learn from other countries with regards to getting women on board (Norway, Spain and Slovenia)?

The event aims to open the debate about these questions, thanks to the participation of influential boards’ members and academics.
