Pre-enrollment on UNIVERSITALY

Candidates choosing for Degree programmes of the University of Pisa are required to fill in the pre-enrollment form on the website UNIVERSITALY.

The University of Pisa will carry out its own preliminary assessment of the individual applications by requesting from the student a copy of the academic qualifications and any other document deemed useful for the purpose of this preliminary assessment. The University of Pisa will validate the pre-enrolment application by entering the relevant data on the UNIVERSITALY portal.

After the validation by the University of Pisa, candidates will apply for pre-enrollment at the Italian Embassy/Consulate of their residing country to obtain the study visa. The preliminary acceptance by the university does not confer any right to obtain a visa.

No pre-enrollment deadlines are foreseen. It is recommended, however, to complete the pre-enrollment procedure at the beginning of September to be able to attend the online classes of the programmes you want to enroll in.
Please note that the procedure for issuing the study visa from the Italian Diplomatic Authority in their home country must be concluded, unless otherwise indicated in the future, by 30 November 2020, to allow the effective enrolment at the University of Pisa and the subsequent payment of university fees.

After receiving pre-enrollment validation by the University, candidates will be able to attend online the Degree Programme chosen until the effective enrollment with university fees payment and after obtaining the visa.
