Emergency in Ukraine - Erasmus+ Funding for Student and Staff Mobility from Ukrainian Universities

With the Resolution No. 146/2022, the Academic Senate approved using the available EU funds of Erasmus+ Mobility Project No. 2021-1-IT02-KA131-HED-000005909 to support:

- students enrolled at a Ukrainian Higher Education Institution at the time of their escape from Ukraine due to Russian aggression, to carry out mobility for study or internship.

- graduates at a Ukrainian Higher Education Institution from less than 12 months at the time of their escape from Ukraine due to Russian aggression, to carry out mobility for internship.

- staff employed at a Ukrainian Higher Education Institution at the time of their escape from Ukraine due to Russian aggression, to carry out mobility for teaching activities (faculty), including mobility of faculty invited by enterprise, and for mobility for staff training (faculty, technical/administrative).

STUDENT mobility.

Total funding may cover 120 months of study/internship mobility, up to a maximum of 12 months for each individual student/graduate.

Each selected student will receive a grant equal to 1,100.00 euros per month.

STAFF mobility.

Total funding covers 400 days of mobility.

A maximum of 40 days of mobility may be allocated for each individual staff member who applies.

The individual contribution will be EUR 160,00 per day up to the 14th day of activity and EUR 112,00 per day from the 15th day to 40th.

Applications will be processed in order of arrival. Mobility grants, however, will be awarded only after the verification and acceptance by the Department Internationalization Coordinator – CAI (Coordinatore d’Area per l’Internazionalizzazione) of the relevant educational and scientific activities, as indicated in the application.

At all events, grants will be awarded until the available funds are used-up.
