\r\n1) geometric and functional design of infrastructures: road layouts, road intersections (right-of-way and signalized intersections, roundabouts, interchanges), parking lots.

\r\n2) road safety analyses and quantification of the accident mitigation following road interventions, development of accident prediction models, and Level of Service assessment.
\r\n
\r\n3) integration of road surveys: Pavement Management Systems (PMS), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), high-performance non-destructive monitoring of roads with Synthetic Aperture Radar Interferometry (InSAR), Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD), Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), Laser Profiler.
