It involves over 60 Italian universities.<\/p>\n<p>Traditional analysis involves comparing administrative and support services based on <strong>efficiency<\/strong> and <strong>effectiveness<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Perceived effectiveness<\/strong>: This is measured by administering online questionnaires on administrative and support services addressed to academic staff, PhD candidates and research fellows (DDA), technical and administrative staff (PTA), and students.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Efficiency and costs<\/strong>: The aim is to analyse the resources employed in administrative services in terms of total costs, unit costs and full-time equivalents (FTE).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each edition includes in-depth studies dedicated to specific topics through experimental laboratories, the outcomes of which are collected in the overall annual report.<br \/>\n<strong>The University of Pisa participated in the following laboratories:<br \/>\n<\/strong>2025 \u2013 Three-Year Plan for Digital Transformation<br \/>\n2025 \u2013 Analytical Accounting for Research<\/p>\n<p>The University of Pisa formally joined the project for the first time in 2025 after attending meetings as an observer in 2024.
