There are two ways to obtain a reduced tuition fee:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Flat-rate tuition fees<\/strong>, which are automatically applied based on the student&#8217;s country of origin<\/li>\n<li><strong>Income-based tuition fee reduction<\/strong>, based on the student&#8217;s ISEEU Parificato<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Eligible students<\/h3>\n<p>The maximum amount of the annual contribution is \u20ac2,900 for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>foreigners not residing in Italy<\/li>\n<li>foreigners residing or staying in Italy, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gazzettaufficiale.it\/eli\/id\/2014\/1\/24\/14G00009\/s\">who are not economically self-sufficient<\/a>, and whose family of origin resides in a country other than Italy, with income earned and\/or assets held abroad.<\/li>\n<li>Italians resident abroad not registered with AIRE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>See the dedicated sections below for more information on the flat-rate tuition fees and the ISEEU Parificato-based reduction.<\/p>\n<h2>Flat-rate tution fees<\/h2>\n<p>If your income and assets are <strong>located outside Italy<\/strong>, you are <strong>automatically<\/strong> assigned a flat-rate tuition fee based on your country of origin.<br \/>\nThe applicable tuition fee is determined by applying a coefficient, based on the <a href=\"https:\/\/datahelpdesk.worldbank.org\/knowledgebase\/articles\/906519\">World Bank income classification<\/a> of your country, to the maximum annual tuition fee of \u20ac2,900.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the tuition fee, enrolled students must also pay:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Regional tax: <strong>\u20ac140<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Stamp duty: <strong>\u20ac16<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How much will you pay?<\/h3>\n<p>The amount of the annual tuition fee <strong>depends on <\/strong>the<strong> income category of your country<\/strong>.
