You are exempt from the regional tax only if it has already been paid for enrolment at another Tuscan university.<\/li>\n<li>Th<strong>e transfer request must also be submitted to your former university<\/strong>, in accordance with its procedures and deadlines. Your former university will send the University of Pisa all documentation relating to your academic record, the so-called foglio di congedo (transfer record).<br \/>\nIf, after 90 days from receipt of the transfer record, the student has not completed enrolment, the transfer record will be returned to your former university.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Enrolment at the University of Pisa becomes effective once the Pisa Student Office has received the transfer record (you will be notified by e-mail) and after payment of the first instalment or submission of the DSU scholarship application.<span data-contrast=\"auto\">.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;335559738&quot;:240,&quot;335559739&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>If, after 90 days from receipt of the transfer record, the student has not completed enrolment, the transfer record will be returned to your former university.<\/p>\n<p>Enrolment at the University of Pisa becomes effective once the Pisa Student Office has received the transfer record (you will be notified by e-mail) and after payment of the first instalment or submission of the DSU scholarship application.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you submit your request after 31 December 2025<\/strong>, you must do so at your current university and wait to be contacted by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unipi.it\/en\/education\/student-offices\/locations-and-contacts\/administrative-and-educational-student-office\/\">the student office contact person of the degree course you intend to enrol in<\/a>, in order to complete the procedure.<\/p>\n<p>For enrolment you must register on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.studenti.unipi.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alice portal<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>enter your personal details<\/li>\n<li>upload a passport photo in electronic format in the \u201cPersonal data \u2013 Upload photo\u201d section (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unipi.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/foto-immatricolazione.pdf\">check the information on photo format<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>upload a copy of an identity document in the \u201cStudent Office \u2013 Identity documents\u201d section<\/li>\n<li>enter your secondary school diploma details in the \u201cStudent Office \u2013 Qualifications\u201d section<\/li>\n<li>upload a copy of your residence permit pursuant to Art. 39(5) of Legislative Decree no. 286 of 25 July 1998, if you are a non-EU student resident in Italy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Validation of exams<\/h2>\n<p>After enrolment, the Board of the degree course will decide on the validation of exams taken at your former university. The resolution must be explicitly accepted, and you may request an amendment within 30 days of acceptance.<\/p>\n<p>If you do not accept the resolution, your enrolment will be cancelled and the transfer record returned to your former university.
