Procedure for Registering for the Final Degree Examination<\/h2>\n

To register for a final degree examination session, log in to your personal area on the Alice portal and select \u201cConseguimento titolo\u201d. Before starting the procedure, it is advisable to read the FAQs<\/a> and the Guide to the Degree Award Application<\/a>.<\/p>\n

You may submit your degree award application even if you have not yet passed all the exams required by your study plan. If necessary, you can cancel it and resubmit it for the following session without incurring any extra cost.<\/p>\n

Before proceeding with registration, it is strongly recommended that you print, through the Alice portal (in the \u201cCertificati\u201d section), a certificate listing the exams you have completed and compare it with your academic transcript.<\/p>\n

At the end of the procedure, the system will issue a receipt, which you must keep carefully, as it is the only document proving that you have successfully registered for the session. In case of dispute, only students able to present this receipt will be admitted.<\/p>\n

Important<\/strong>: Registration is valid for one session only. If you withdraw, you must repeat the procedure for the following session.<\/p>\n

Before submitting your degree award application, you should read the information provided in the \u201cFinal Degree Examination Calendars<\/a>\u201d, organised by teaching area.<\/p>\n

When to Submit the Application<\/h2>\n

The application must be submitted at least 30 days before the start of the session. You may apply even if you have not yet completed all the exams in your study plan. If necessary, you can cancel and resubmit the application for the next session without any extra charge.<\/p>\n

The dates of the sessions, deadlines, and specific information for each degree course are available in the \u201cFinal Degree Examination Calendars<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Late Submission of the Application<\/h2>\n

For late degree award applications, you must contact the Student Office of your teaching area by email, using your institutional email account.<\/p>\n

If you fail to meet the deadline, you will need to complete a paper form and pay a EUR 200.00 penalty fee. The form and payment instructions will be sent to you by the contact person for your teaching area at the Student Office.<\/p>\n

In any case, the late application must be submitted at least 15 days before the start of the session (see the final degree examination calendars<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Exams<\/h2>\n

All the exams in your study plan must be passed within 15 days before the start of the final degree examination session; otherwise, you will not be admitted to the examination. The relevant deadlines can be found in the final degree examination calendars<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Documents to Attach to the Degree Award Application<\/h2>\n

At least 15 days before the start of the final degree examination session (see the final degree examination calendars<\/a>), you must upload the following documents in your personal area on the Alice portal, under \u201cConseguimento titolo\u201d, selecting \u201cAllegati domanda conseguimento titolo\u201d:<\/p>\n
