{"id":265392,"date":"2025-03-03T12:20:15","date_gmt":"2025-03-03T12:20:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unipi.it\/education\/student-offices\/carta-dello-studente-libretto\/"},"modified":"2025-10-29T11:28:57","modified_gmt":"2025-10-29T10:28:57","slug":"virtual-badge-and-student-record-book","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.unipi.it\/en\/education\/student-offices\/virtual-badge-and-student-record-book\/","title":{"rendered":"Virtual badge and Student record book"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Students of the University of Pisa are provided with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0the<strong> Virtual badge<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\u00a0the<strong> Training logbook<\/strong> \u2013 where required by their degree course<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>UNIPI Virtual Badge<\/h2>\n<p>From the academic year 2025\/2026, a <strong>Virtual badge will be introduced for all UNIPI students (enrolled in Bachelor\u2019s, Master\u2019s, Postgraduate, PhD, and Specialisation courses, as well as for incoming mobility students)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>All UNIPI students (not only newly enrolled students, but all those who are currently registered) will find their personal Virtual Badge in the \u201cAgenda Didattica\u201d, displaying their photo and a QR code identifying them as students of the University of Pisa.<\/p>\n<p>The transition from the physical \u201cStudent Card\u201d to the digital badge is supported by the DSU Toscana (Azienda Regionale Toscana per il Diritto allo Studio Universitario), which will introduce an app for accessing dining services starting from the academic year 2025\/2026, replacing the physical card. From the day after enrolment, students will be able to access DSU Toscana canteens simply by showing an identity document and providing their student ID number at the checkout.<\/p>\n<p>The new MyDSU App will soon be available, allowing access through QR code scanning. Students will receive a notification from DSU Toscana once the app is active.<\/p>\n<h2>Training logbook<\/h2>\n<p>The Training Logbook is required for degree courses in the health area. It will be sent by post to students enrolled in the academic year 2025\/2026 starting from December 2025. The delivery address is the one indicated in the \u201cRecapito documenti\u201d section on the Alice portal.<\/p>\n<p>For the degree course in Medicine and Surgery only, the delivery will take place by May 2026.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unipi.it\/en\/education\/student-offices\/virtual-badge-and-student-record-book\/training-logbook-issuance-and-duplicate\/\">Further information about the Training Logbook is available online<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Student record book<\/h2>\n<p>The Student Record Book has not been issued since the academic year 2020\/2021. It was distributed to all students enrolled up to 2019\/2020 and serves as a form of student identification within the University.In the event of loss or theft, a police report must be filed. To request a duplicate, follow the same <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unipi.it\/en\/education\/student-offices\/virtual-badge-and-student-record-book\/training-logbook-issuance-and-duplicate\/\">procedure
