However, applications may be amended until the enrolment period reopens for the following academic year, within the maximum limit of 25 credits.<\/p>\n<p>Enrollment in individual courses delivered in Italian requires mandatory proficiency in the <strong>Italian language at the B2 level<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Fees and Exemptions<\/h2>\n<p>The enrolment fee for Single Courses is<strong> EUR 200<\/strong> as administrative costs, plus<strong> EUR 18<\/strong> for each credit, in addition to a<strong> EUR 16<\/strong> revenue stamp. Enrolment without payment of the fee is permitted if the applicant provides suitable documentation proving entitlement to exemption.<br \/>\nAdministrative costs and the enrolment fee are non-refundable, except where the competent academic body does not approve the application for Single Courses related to educational activities included in regulated-admission degree courses.<br \/>\nThe enrolment procedures and regulations for Single Courses are set out in Article 2.3<em> \u201cCorsi Singoli\u201d<\/em> of <em>\u201cProcedure e Termini\u201d<\/em>.<br \/>\nAsylum seekers, pursuant to Academic Senate resolution no. 185 of 14 September 2017, are exempt from payment of administrative costs and the enrolment fee under this article. They may also exceed the annual 25-credit limit and take exams even after 12 months from the date of application.<\/p>\n<h2>How to Apply<\/h2>\n<p>Applications must be submitted online via the <strong>Alice portal<\/strong>. A step-by-step guide is available.<\/p>\n<p>Required documents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Copy of an identity document (front\/back) in .pdf, .jpeg or .jpg format;<\/li>\n<li>Passport-sized photo (min. 480\u00d7480 pixels \u2013 200 dpi), clear background, face visible (formats: .jpeg, .jpg, max 3 MB). Inappropriate photos will be rejected;Completed and signed application form for Single Courses (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unipi.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/Modulo_CS-2025.pdf\">.pdf<\/a>);<\/li>\n<li>For<strong> non-EU students resident in Italy<\/strong>: residence permit pursuant to Article 39, paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree 286\/1998;<\/li>\n<li>For <strong>non-EU students not resident in Italy<\/strong>: STUDY visa (letter D, stay longer than 90 days) and postal receipt of the residence permit application. Students holding a foreign qualification must provide the additional required documentation.<\/p>\n<p>A confirmation email will be sent once enrolment has been finalised.<\/p>\n<h2>Virtual Badge<\/h2>\n<p>From the 2025\/2026 academic year, when you enrol at the University of Pisa, you will find your virtual badge in the <a href=\"https:\/\/agendadidattica.unipi.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u201cAgenda Didattica\u201d portal<\/a>. This badge, featuring your photo and a QR code, will identify you as a student of the University of Pisa. Regarding access to catering services, from the 2025\/2026 academic year DSU Toscana will introduce an app to replace the physical card. From the day after enrolment, you will be able to access DSU Toscana dining facilities simply by showing an identity document and giving your student number at the till. The new MyDsu app will soon be available, allowing you to access services by scanning the QR code.
