Late payments<\/h2>\n

Students must be up to date with the payment of tuition fees, the regional tax and any late payment charges in order to sit examinations.
\nStudents with outstanding tuition fees<\/strong>, the regional tax or late payment charges are not allowed to sit examinations<\/strong>. Any examinations taken will be automatically cancelled unless the student’s payments are regularised within 45 days of the examination date.<\/p>\n

First-year non-EU students requiring a study visa<\/h3>\n

Students requiring a study visa must pay the first instalment<\/strong> by 31 December 2026. Failure to pay by this deadline<\/strong> will result in the cancellation of the enrolment<\/strong>.
\nFor any instalment after the first<\/strong> that is paid after the deadline, a late payment charge equal to 5% of the amount due<\/strong> will be applied.The late payment charge must be paid within 30 days of the date on which it is applied.<\/p>\n
