This tool enables the monitoring of the University\u2019s initiatives to promote gender equality and assess its impact, including in terms of dedicated financial resources.<\/p>\n<p>The Gender Balance paper was drawn up by a team made up by the following members:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nadia Pisanti, Department of Computer Science, President of the Working Team<\/li>\n<li>Francesco Giorgelli, Department of Pharmacy, Vice President of the Committee for the Guarantee of Equal Opportunities, Workers\u2019 Well-being and Anti-Discrimination<\/li>\n<li>Alessandra La Spina, University IT System<\/li>\n<li>Francesca Pecori, Equality and Diversity Office<\/li>\n<li>Renata Pepicelli, Rector\u2019s Delegate for Gender Policies and Equal Opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Mauro Sylos Labini, Department of Political Science<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cug.unipi.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/File_con_copertina.pdf\">Download the 2022-2023 Gender Balance<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The analysis will be updated every two years and the editions of the Gender Balance for the years 2020 and 2021 are already available.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/nuovocug.webhost1.unipi.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Bilancio_di_Genere_2021_1.pdf\">2021 Gender Balance<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unipi.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/bilanciodigenere2020.pdf\">2020 Gender Balance<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Gender Balance is a document that analyses and describes the gender situation within the University, highlighting the distribution of women and men in various academic and administrative areas, and their participation in management roles.
