The Board of Directors is the governing, strategic and supervisory body of the University. It is responsible for the economic, administrative, financial management and the technical-administrative staff of the University of Pisa.<\/p>\n

The Rector of the University chairs the Board of Directors.<\/p>\n

The duties and powers of the Board of Directors are set out in Article 14 of the University Statute<\/a>.<\/p>\n
