Equality Plan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In December 2021, the Academic Senate and the Board of Directors approved the University\u2019s Gender Equality Plan, which is divided into five thematic areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Work-life balance and organisational culture<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Gender equality in leadership and decision-making<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Gender equality in recruitment and career development<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Gender mainstreaming in research and education<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Actions against gender-based violence, including sexual harassment<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The plan was developed by a working group appointed by the Rector, with the participation of Paolo Maria Mancarella (Rector), Rosario Di Bartolo (Director General), Mauro Bellandi, Elena Dundovich, Francesco Giorgelli, Alessandra Nucci, Francesca Pecori, Nadia Pisanti, Elettra Stradella and Francesca
