Organisational Wellbeing

The University of Pisa considers the development and enhancement of its staff a strategic priority, recognising them as the organisation’s most valuable resource.

Valuing staff means directly influencing productivity, innovation and growth potential. Investing in training, creating a positive working environment, recognising merit and promoting workplace wellbeing all contribute to greater efficiency and talent retention, while fostering an inclusive organisational climate.
