Student Accommodation
ARDSU Student Accommodation
The Regional Authority for the Right to University Study (ARDSU) provides 1200 student accommodation places, most of which are in student residencies.
These places are assigned in consideration of student merit and economic situation.
Application for places is open to all foreign students, unless the family of origin has residency in Pisa.
The monthly rates range from 30 to 140 euro, according to the accommodation and benefits obtained.

Finding somewhere to live in Pisa: the Infocasa service
The Authority also offers an information service on accommodation available in the Pisa area, putting students and landlords in contact.
Rent in Pisa for a single room in a shared flat is around 200 - 250 € a month.

Monday - Friday from 10,00 to 13,00; Tuesday and Thursday from 14,30 to17,00;
August: Monday - Friday from 10,00 to 13,00;
The Tenants' Trade Unions (Tenants Union, Sicet, Sunia) offer union consultancy services for students renting accommodation.
